Attack

Penetration Tests

We attack your systems before anyone else does — with a clear mandate and a fixed scope. Web apps, APIs and infrastructure are tested the way a real attacker would go about it.

  • Web apps & APIs
  • Network & infrastructure
  • Agreed scope & rules of engagement

Analysis

Security Audits

Every finding is documented so you can follow it: how we got in, what an attacker could do with it and how urgent it is. No buzzword reports — attack paths your team understands.

  • Traceable attack paths
  • Risk rating per finding
  • Report for engineering & management

Protection

Hardening & Advisory

A finding is only done once it is closed: we prioritise with you, support the fix and re-test that the gap is really shut.

  • Prioritised action plan
  • Support with remediation
  • Re-test of closed gaps

Where is your gap?

Tell us what needs protecting — we propose a test scope that fits your system.

Process

From scope to retest.

  1. Scope & rules of engagement

Together we define what gets tested — web apps, APIs, network or infrastructure — and within which limits. We attack nothing without an agreed mandate.

  2. Attack

We work like a real attacker: we look for vulnerabilities, chain them into attack paths and check how far they lead.

  3. Report

Every finding is documented so you can follow it: how we got in, what an attacker could do with it and how urgent it is — for engineering and management.

  4. Hardening & retest

We prioritise the fixes with you, support your team in closing the gaps and verify in a retest that they are really closed.

Common questions

Questions about penetration testing

What is a penetration test?

A commissioned, controlled attack on your systems. The goal is to find vulnerabilities before real attackers do. Unlike an automated scan, a pentest also checks how individual weaknesses can be chained into an attack path.

Which systems do you test?

Web applications and APIs, networks and infrastructure. We agree on the exact scope and rules of engagement up front.

What is in the final report?

Every finding with its attack path, risk rating and remediation advice, plus a prioritised action plan. The report is written for both your engineering team and management.

Do you also help close the gaps?

Yes. A finding is only done when it is closed: we support your team with the fixes and retest to confirm the gaps are really shut.

Do we need a penetration test because of NIS2?

Among other things, NIS2 requires companies in scope to assess the effectiveness of their cybersecurity measures. A penetration test is a common way to do that with solid evidence. Whether your company falls under NIS2 depends on factors such as sector and size.

How much does a penetration test cost?

Mainly on the scope: how many applications, interfaces and systems are tested, and how deeply. After a short call we propose a suitable test scope and turn it into a concrete quote.

Do you test outside Bonn?

Yes. We are based in Bonn and test for companies in Cologne, the Rhein-Sieg district, across North Rhine-Westphalia and beyond. Web applications and APIs can usually be tested fully remotely.
